About us

A company born in the Los Andes Department

«Cóndor Servicios de Seguridad Privada» is a company from the Los Andes Department, originally from the town of San Antonio de los Cobres, a region where the highland plateau makes itself felt with strong winds and low temperatures, at 3775 m above sea level. We are the only private security company native to the Salta highlands, and that trait matters: it gives our whole team deep knowledge of the area.

Our aim is to provide a service suited to every requirement, keeping up with the constant changes in security matters to prevent and counter any unlawful activity that may occur.

Quality is a responsibility shared by human resources and material resources. That's why, at every level of the organization, we provide training, coaching and motivation, to guarantee a highly trained team across the range of disciplines each mission demands.

First aid and rescue

Practice in immobilization, stretcher transport and initial assistance for on-site emergencies.
Working at height and harness use

Training in harness use, lifelines and protocols for working at height.
Vehicle rescue

Rescue maneuvers and assistance for road accidents on internal roads and routes in the area.

From the first visit to the service underway

We visit the site and assess access routes, shifts, distances and the specific risks of the operation.

Proposal

We present a plan covering staffing, schedules, equipment and the applicable health and safety standards.

Implementation

We assign local personnel, brief them on post instructions and put the service into operation.

We monitor the service, report incidents and adjust the plan on an ongoing-improvement basis.
